$11.00 - $14.00/Hour Full-time and Part-time Position Available VHS provides supports for intellectually disabled adults. Our mission is to enhance the lives of individuals by encouraging personal growth and active participation in the community, while respecting individual preferences and diversity. Candidates must be passionate about empowering participant choice, be dependable, engaged, have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. VHS is looking for a provider for a client located in Culver City Essential Functions • Ensure the safety of all clientele; • Provide a safe and clean environment; • Assist with daily living tasks; • Observe non verbal behavior; • Maintain daily log of activities and report to supervisor; • Provide transportation services as needed; • Check tasks for completeness; and • Adhere to company standards, policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications • High School Diploma or Equivalent • Valid California Driver’s License • Acceptable Driving/Criminal Record • Pass Pre-employment Drug Testing • Experience as a Care Giver • At Least 18 Years Old • CPR and First Aid Certified or Attain Certification • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills VHS INC is an equal opportunity employer who provides a work environment that is filled with opportunities for personal challenges and rewards.
