In 2007, local entrepreneurs Joseph Sampang and Amy Espinal opened the Right at Home Franchise in Hackensack, New Jersey. Covering the greater Bergen County region of NJ, Joe and Amy realized the need for Right at Home's services in this region. Working together for years in the corporate world, while attending to their aging relative's needs, is when they decided that it was time to do something rewarding by helping others. They spotted a need for a high quality, reliable and trustworthy caregiving service to answer and address the needs of the aging population in New Jersey. With firsthand experience, the longtime colleagues gained the motivation and passion for assisting older adults of the community.
