Kimberly A. Barnett (Attorney) I have been a practicing attorney with a focus on criminal and family law since 2001. I have conducted 29 criminal jury trials, as well as numerous juvenile criminal court trials, VOP hearings, preliminary hearings, family law trials, a Court Martial, and one personal injury jury trial. I have worked in LPS Conservatorship Representation, as a Contract Public Defender, as a Deputy Public Defender for Felony Matters, and currently as a private ADO Felony Appointments attorney and family law attorney. I have lived and worked abroad in Italy for an American law firm. I believe everyone should have the best representation possible. I received my B.A. from the University of California, Davis in Political Science/History and graduated Cum Laude. I received my J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law.
